Start with the room, then talk to people. Who is it for, and what breaks if nobody builds it? Then interviews, recordings and tickets, to find the workaround people already invented. Problem brief, Success metric, Insight cards

Pick the one problem worth solving. I map five or six products against the same tasks, then turn the gaps into a bet I can test. Everything after supports it or gets cut. Feature matrix, Principles, Hypothesis
Draw it cheap, break it fast. Low-fidelity flows and layouts to argue about structure before anyone argues about colour. Flows, Lo-fi screens
Make it buildable, inside the system. I trade scope against effort and edge cases with PMs and engineers, then hand over every state, specced. Agreed scope, Edge-case list, Component specs
Ship, measure, go around again. Usability tests and metrics feed straight back into the brief. The product is never finished, it is versioned. Test findings, v2 backlog
